The Challenge
When Apple Retail initiated a global Channel Programs review, the incumbent agency had held the business for years. The mandate was clear: reimagine the operating model, elevate creative quality, and deliver enterprise-scale execution with greater efficiency and agility.
As Vice President, Creative Director at Level, I played a central role in securing this $10M engagement, leading the pitch strategy, architecting the team model, and partnering closely with executive leadership across Level and Publicis Groupe to win the business.
This was not simply a creative pitch. It was a structural reinvention of how the work would be delivered at scale.
Winning the business was only the beginning.
Building the Team From the Ground Up.
Within weeks, I was tasked with standing up a 60-person multidisciplinary creative organization capable of supporting Apple Retail’s global Channel Programs across multiple workstreams.
designed the full team structure across UX, UI, production, and system design, personally interviewing and vetting every hire across both US and nearshore markets. I established a hybrid operating model that balanced quality, cost efficiency, and time zone alignment, ensuring the team could move at the speed required while maintaining Apple level craft.
In close partnership with Apple stakeholders, I helped define embedded workflows, escalation paths, and collaboration models that integrated seamlessly into their internal systems. I also secured and operationalized physical space to support on site collaboration when needed.
In parallel, we built a nearshore team in Colombia to expand production capacity without compromising design rigor. I personally interviewed and selected each team member to ensure cultural alignment, long term sustainability, and a consistently high creative bar.
The result was a bespoke global creative organization built from zero to fully operational scale within months, designed specifically to meet the complexity and standards of one of the most demanding brands in the world.

The strength of the approach was in its clarity. Instead of disconnected deliverables, we defined a connected system that could scale. This thinking not only secured the business, but established a foundation that made execution more efficient, consistent, and reliable across the entire program.

Scaling this engagement required more than headcount. It required infrastructure. I partnered directly with Apple stakeholders and executive leadership to build the operational foundation that allowed creative excellence to scale sustainably.
We established clear governance frameworks and approval models, implemented structured creative intake and sprint planning systems, and introduced quality checkpoints across tiered workstreams to ensure consistency without slowing velocity. I also formalized documentation standards and guided the evolution of the design system to support long term scalability, while clarifying ownership across AppleCare, Channel Programs, and cross functional teams.
The result was a system that enabled speed, alignment, and brand precision at scale. Design excellence became embedded in the operating model rather than dependent on individual effort.
A Unified, Mobile-First Experience for In-Store Setup and Security Guidance.
Extending the System into Guidance. A mobile first experience was introduced to support in store setup and product security. Rather than static documentation, partners are guided through structured, step by step flows, improving accuracy, reducing errors, and reinforcing consistency at scale.
